On Sunday afternoon we were hanging around in the cool, shady plaza across the street from the cathedral when groups of people started showing up in traditional outfits. They all went into the cathedral, but our patience paid off. When they came out an hour or two later .. they put on a spectacular show! and what made it even more sweet …. we were the only gringos in sight!
