I have been dreaming of the fabulous chili rellenos that I had 7 years ago at Si Signor in Deming, NM. On Monday we were passing through Deming at 1130AM and we’re happy to find it open and thriving. Oooh! They were just as good as I remembered.
Overnight at the lovely Roper Lake State Park in Safford, AZ.
It was only another three hours to Roosevelt Lake and To to Basin where we’ll be staying for a couple of weeks with Dennis’s brother and wife. Plenty to explore here and looking forward to day trips around.
Ffly enjoyed a swim to clean up after rolling in the dirt! A ride home in the 4-wheeler.
