Casa Azul is an unmistakeable landmark on the corner of Calle Londres and Ignacio Allende in Coyoacan, one of the oldest and most beautiful districts in Mexico City.
This is the house where she was born and where she died; it was turned into a museum in 1958, just four years after she died.
The Museo Frida Kahlo contains personal objects from her life, preserved rooms, as well as some of her best known pieces of art.
