Hummingbirds have arrived! May 10!
Earlier than the past two years, which is surprising considering our winter and delay in spring flowers. Luckily my pulmonaria is blooming for them.

Winterscapes 2015
Winter has been a little more brutal than normal, but we still remain warm and cosy in our little house and enjoy the sunshine that pours in.
They are back on the east coast
Kat, Ian, Peter, Greyson, Colby, Lincoln and Moxie arrived back in Maine on Friday night – after three-and-a-half years absence. It’s good to have them here for a couple of weeks before they move to New Jersey.
Dogwood
The garden is starting to look more and more beautiful – photos soon, but while sitting on the side porch with a cup of coffee, I couldn’t resist snapping my dogwood. I am so thrilled to finally have one that is producing blossoms.
