STRAAT: the museum for graffiti and street art located in an 8000 m2 former warehouse on the Amsterdam Nord wharf; a national monument and the biggest display of graffiti and street art in Amsterdam. The current exhibit displays more than 150 artworks by 130+ artists. The artworks were created on-site by bringing graffiti artists from around the world to create their wall-sized artworks.
Post museum we enjoyed a snack in their cafe and then dinner at a small, local Indonesian restaurant. Life is good!
Interesting history; great venue for art…need to put it on the list!
Keep truckin’ Uricks! Am enjoying the trip 🙂
Love the graffiti, the colors, the energy it carries. And, your meal looks wonderful. I know you are having a wonderful time, keep the photos coming and the beauty that surrounds you two.
