Bus #37 from Sukoisan bus terminal and 4 euros took us 38km from Split to this charming island town (connected with a bridge).
Its preserved old town, with narrow alleys and a mix of renaissance, baroque and romanesque buildings is perfect for meandering. The 13th-century Cathedral of St. Lawrence is in the main square. Parts of the medieval city walls remain intact.
