We’ve been aboard this ship for 12 days and have been blessed with calm seas and amazing scenery.
We’ve enjoyed the varied entertainment and especially the talks given by Brent Nixon which covered the aurora borealis, whales, seals, puffins and bears. Fascinating information and amazing imagery along with an extremely animated, entertaining and knowledgeable speaker!
And then ….. there’s the FOOD & DRINKS! We tried as much as we could and especially loved the access to the Blu restaurant which was a more intimate setting and served small, deliciously fresh meals.
I have never been on a real cruise like the one you are on. Judy Boston and I went on a small boat cruise to the gGalapagos, but we did not have exquisite dining and truly gourmet meals. Your trip sounds fabulous. Sue is co ing to spend a night or two on Sunday and Monday. I have cornered her into helping me down a low-hanging branch in my backyard. Barbara has leant me her chainsaw, and we are going at that branch with gusto. I am hoping to wrangle a visit with Sue this Fall when her guests leave. I know she has guests next week.
