Leaf peeping in Mid-Coast Maine and Pumpkins in Damariscotta

Fall is here – although one wouldn’t know it judging by the temperatures – it was 78 degrees F today!!!

We took a ride along Rte 131 and 235 through Union to Damariscotta and back along Rte 220 to Liberty and home. Beautiful rides.

A walk at Great Salt Bay Farm in Damariscotta was welcomed – especially by Ffly!

Milkweed…

We have long wanted to visit Damariscotta during their Pumpkin Festival – it was well worth it to see the imaginative and huge pumpkins on display. These are just some of them!

This one particularly caught my fancy, especially with the interior design to include “Christina’s world” above the mantle!

Downtown Damariscotta is lovely.
