Ogunquit and southern Maine and hummingbird sighting!

A few days in southern Maine where there are expansive, clear and clean white sand beaches – living in the rocky midcoast, we forget this!

The Marginal Way in Ogunquit is a lovely coastal walkway with seascapes on one side and lovely (mostly older) Maine “cottages” on the other.

Nubble Head lighthouse is a Maine landmark.

Dinner with friends; lots more to see and explore, but we decided to keep it low key!

ps. Note to self: First hummingbird sighting at home: May 8

  1. I’d given you the wrong name of the walk. Although not “Magic Mile”, I must have thought of it that way.
